is the marriage of Jamal and Maria Jones.  They are an recently married interracial couple but that is by no means the reason why they are so amazing.  They are one of those couples that inspire me and gives me hope that love so pure and unconditional like theirs exists and that it is obtainable.  Yesterday was Maria’s birthday and we were all eating dinner together so we sang Happy Birthday to her.  When we finally got to saying Happy Birthday Maria, Jamal stopped us and yelled

“JOOOOOONNNNES! ONE MORE TIME! JOOOOONES! THREE TIMES NO MUSIC! MARIA JOOOONES!” and while we were all trying to catch up between laughing he followed up with

“YEAH BECAUSE SHE’S MY WIFE.  WE ARE MARRIED.”

The love he has for her and the love she has for him is just one of the cutest things I have ever seen.

It makes me happy.
